Ready to turn up the heat? ?

?? WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We need someone who loves being in the kitchen.
Someone who gets a buzz from a busy service, takes pride in every plate and wants to keep learning and getting better.
You’ll be:
An experienced Chef de Partie, or a strong Commis Chef ready to take the next step.
Passionate about fresh, quality food and consistently high standards.
Confident working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
Hands-on, organised and able to take ownership of your section.
A proper team player who communicates well and keeps their cool when the tickets start flying.
Hungry to learn, develop and take on more responsibility.
Keen to get involved with new dishes, specials and menu development.
Commercially aware, with an understanding of GP, waste and labour controls.
Someone who understands that great food and great service go hand in hand.
Because no two days are the same.
One day you could be powering through a busy summer service with the riverside packed, the next you're cooking for a huge event with the whole pub buzzing.
Big services. Big atmosphere. Great food. Great people.
If you’re ready to step up, get stuck in and build your career with a kitchen team that knows how to work hard and have fun doing it — we want to hear from you.
