Most job boards ask you to type a vacancy in, one at a time, then re-type it every time something changes. We do the opposite. If your careers site or ATS already publishes a feed — and almost every one does — you give us that URL once and we read it on a schedule. Post a role on your own system and it appears here. Close it there and it disappears here.

• One URL, your whole vacancy list. Not a single post that goes stale the moment you edit it at source.
• It stays yours. Applications go to your own site, through your own process. We never sit between you and a candidate.
• Your feed proves itself. We fetch it, read it and show you the job titles we found before anything goes live.

We only take the entry-level roles.

Whatever your feed contains, only the roles that pass our entry-level test reach the board. A first-jobs board that quietly fills up with senior vacancies stops being useful to the people it exists for, so that gate applies to every source without exception — including yours, including ours. If your feed is mostly senior hiring, this is not the right board for it and we would rather say so now than take your time.

We also do not accept gambling or adult-industry listings. Nor do we republish another board's inventory.

You will need your feed URL and a work email on the same domain — that is how we confirm the feed is genuinely yours. We store no personal data: the email sends a one-time confirmation link and nothing else.

The things employers ask first.

• What happens after 14 days? We will talk to you before anything changes. Nothing switches off without a conversation. Nothing is charged to a card we do not have.
• I do not know if we have a feed. Most ATS platforms publish one — Workday, Greenhouse, SmartRecruiters, Teamtailor, Workable and the rest. Send us your careers page at [email protected] and we will find it for you.
• Can I take it down? Yes, at any time, by asking. Remove the roles from your own system and they leave the board on the next read regardless.
• Do you charge candidates? Never. Browsing and applying is free for job seekers and always will be.
