We are looking for a Team Member to join the team at BFI Riverfront in Southbank, a Thames-side restaurant, bar and terrace with spectacular views of Waterloo Bridge and the Thames – the hottest spot on the Southbank!

£14.80 + Service Charge

Full time position, 5 days a week

About the Team Member role:

Team Member Role

  • Taking customer orders and serving food and drinks.
  • Most shifts will be from the afternoon through to late evening, with most of the shifts finishing at 11:00 p.m. , Friday and Saturday finishing at 1:00 a.m.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of customer service and ensuring an excellent guest experience at all times.
  • Following all food safety and hygiene standards consistently.
  • Previous hospitality experience is essential, although full training will be provided.
  • A friendly and positive attitude, with a genuine smile and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
  • Being reliable, dedicated and a supportive team player.
