We’re looking for a Receptionist to join our welcome team based at a leading accounting and consulting firm in London. This is a role where your natural people skills truly shine.

What You’ll Be Doing
As the first-person colleagues and visitors meet, you’ll set the tone for their entire experience. With a genuine smile and a confident, friendly approach, you’ll help create an environment where everyone feels valued and supported.
You’ll become a trusted presence in the building—someone people naturally gravitate toward because they know you’ll help them get what they need.
Your day will be full of variety, including:

  • Keeping the front-of-house area running smoothly with light admin tasks

What Makes This Role Special?
This is a perfect fit for someone who loves being around people and thrives in a role where no two days feel the same. You’ll be the go-to person for quick questions, unexpected challenges, and those little moments that make a workplace feel human.
You won’t just answer queries—you’ll take ownership, follow things through, and make sure people feel supported from start to finish.

Who You Are

Are energised by interacting with people
Stay calm and organised when juggling multiple tasks
Take pride in offering thoughtful, attentive service
Enjoy being part of a team that values kindness, professionalism, and genuine connection

Salary: £34,700 per annum

What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with others and brings a natural warmth to every interaction. If you’re the kind of person who communicates clearly, listens attentively, and adapts your style to whoever is in front of you, you’ll feel right at home.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Communicate confidently across all channels—face to face, phone, email, and everything in between
  • Bring a friendly, professional, and courteous approach to every conversation
  • Stay adaptable and calm, even when the day gets busy
  • Enjoy keeping things organised and running smoothly
  • Feel comfortable using IT systems and Microsoft Office with ease
