Portico are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join our team based with a client who are one of the largest housing associations in the UK.

The team are tasked with delivering an exceptional front of house service to all the associations customers and colleagues, as well undertaking ad-hoc administrative tasks.

The Receptionist is responsible for access control, signing in visitors and contractors, and preparing access passes. As well as workplace services such as sorting incoming mail, franking outgoing mail, and managing the workplace facilities inbox.

Hours: 08.00-16.00 Monday - Thursday 08.00-15.30 pm Friday

Salary: £28,000 per annum

The successful candidate will be friendly and proactive, with a strong service-focused mindset and a can-do attitude, ready to tackle any task with enthusiasm.

They must be organised and comfortable working both alone and collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment.
