As a HGV Driver based in Inverness you’ll be responsible for:

  • Driving a 18 tonne truck

  • Delivering materials to building sites, which includes loading and unloading vehicles

  • Supplying on-site deliveries to branches

  • Ensuring goods are handled safely and efficiently

  • Providing exceptional customer service when dealing with plumbers on-site

  • Calling into the office with any delivery issues, keeping the transport team up to date

This is a full-time, permanent role working 42.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday.

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

  • Previous HGV driving experience

  • Excellent communication skills and to be able to build strong relationships with customers

  • A class 2 license

  • A digital taco card and to have completed your CPC training
