Occupational Health Service Coordinator Apprentice

Listing ref ab94f1b4a8

We are looking for an organised and proactive Occupational Health Coordinator Apprentice to support the efficient day to day running of our Occupational Health service.

Working closely with our Occupational Health team and third party providers, you will play an important role in ensuring the business meets its safety, attendance and wellbeing objectives. You will be a key point of contact for managers, providing guidance on Occupational Health processes and supporting the delivery of services in line with our Health and Wellbeing Strategy.

You will be responsible for coordinating Occupational Health information, maintaining accurate records and supporting data reporting activities. This will include collating, processing and recording sensitive information, ensuring compliance with data protection requirements and enabling meaningful reporting to identify health risks and inform future priorities.

This role may involve regular travel across our network, working directly with colleagues and stakeholder. While there is flexibility with some hybrid working available, this will be a hands-on role that requires a significant presence in the organisation.

The role will also involve managing enquiries through the Occupational Health inbox, liaising with managers and Occupational Health professionals to support service delivery, and escalating complex queries where appropriate.
As part of this opportunity, you will complete a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship, developing valuable skills and experience within a busy and professional environment. Please note, candidates who have already completed a Business Administration apprenticeship will not be eligible for this role.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in Occupational Health, Health and Wellbeing while gaining a recognised qualification.
