As a Youth Support Worker, you will ensure that young people living in Turning Point’s supported accommodation are supported to thrive and reach their full potential in a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment, increasing their independency to create a positive move on into the community.As a Youth Support Worker, you will join The Lancashire Young People supported accommodation services that supports 18 young people across two locations in Chorley (Parker House and The Bridge).

- Make food, assist with eating and make sure medication is taken if needed
- Support clients to take part in physical and social activities
- Do routine checks of weight, temperature and blood pressure
