We are developing a brand new service in Ashford for people with Mental Health needs who can be supported in a non-clinical recovery focused environment. We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Team Leader, who is ready to take on the challenge of forming and shaping a team, alongside the responsibility of the day to day management of the service. This residential service consists of 5 rooms and provides up to 5 days intensive support for individuals with enduring mental health needs, who are in crisis – providing them with therapeutic alternative to hospital admission.At Turning point, we believe everyone is unique.
