You will also support individuals to be part of the community. There is a strong focus on supporting individuals' lives in a person centred way which includes promoting choice, demonstrating respect and maintaining health. We tailor our services to enable people to be as independent as possible.Training and DevelopmentWe offer training to all those who want to develop their skills and competencies not just in the care sector but in other areas too.Level 2 and 3 Lead Adult Care WorkerLevel 3 Operational Team LeaderPlease note training will be offered after your probation period ends which is 6 months. Once you begin your training with us you will have your own coach who will support you through your programme.Shift PatternsThis is a 24 hour service, therefore flexibility is essential. You will be working a range of shifts from 7:00/8:00 am to 2:00/3:00 pm and 2:00/3:00 pm to 9:00/10:00 pm. Please note that this is a days position.
