Are you the type of person who is able to look behind what others could consider as challenging behaviours and see the real meaning of the communication which may be a cry of frustration at a world that doesn’t listen?What kind of service you ask? This service works with a wonderful group of people to identify options and the motivation to move forward. It’s a supported housing service for people with a history of homelessness, but also helps people conquer issues like substance use and mental ill-health. We also responsible for the safety of everyone accessing the service. Our goal is to help people back on their feet with support from our team and other local partners.At Turning Point, we support people across the UK with mental health issues. You will make a real difference to their lives as you work closely with them to help them achieve their potential. Turning Point has several well-established services within Staffordshire. You will form part of a wider supportive team within the region and there is the opportunity for growth in the future.This role will be working 12 hour shifts, 3 days a week.
