Job Description
Find where you belong!
Are you someone who understands what great Customer Services looks like and can spot where things could work better? Do you enjoy using data, insight and your own operational experience to turn ideas into practical improvements that make a real difference? If yes, our Customer Service Projects & Data Coordinator position might be the right next move for you.
Your Purpose
As a Customer Service Projects & Data Coordinator, you’ll have the opportunity to make Customer Services better for both our customers and colleagues. You’ll combine your understanding of Customer Services with your ability to analyse performance, investigate problems and support projects that turn improvement ideas into changes that work in the real world.
Working alongside the Customer Service Projects & Data Manager, you’ll get involved in everything from operational reporting and performance analysis to pilots, trials and continuous improvement projects across Customer Services and Complaints. You’ll work closely with frontline colleagues and leaders, listening to feedback, testing new ideas and using data to understand what’s working and where further improvements are needed.
This is a hands-on role where your insight really matters. You’ll help make sure new processes, systems and ways of working are practical for the people using them, while bringing together customer feedback, operational insight and data to help Travelodge deliver a better experience.
Your Strengths
You’ll have strong Customer Services or operational experience, with a genuine passion for improving the customer experience. You’ll be naturally curious, a confident problem solver and comfortable using data to spot trends, understand performance and identify opportunities to improve.
You’ll be organised, analytical and confident communicating with colleagues at all levels, with a practical approach to turning insight and feedback into action. Experience with Salesforce, Excel, Google Sheets or similar systems would be an advantage.
Your Perks
- Salary up to £30,225 & Annual Bonus
- Contributory pension scheme
- Hybrid working - a minimum of 60% of your time should be spent in the office
- 50% personal discount for hotel bookings and great friends and family discounts too!
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing with length of service
