This is an exciting time to join Tibshelf Community School as we make a significant investment in the continued development of our SEND provision. As part of our wider inclusion strategy, we are expanding our team through the recruitment of four new colleagues, strengthening our capacity to provide high-quality, personalised support and ensure that every young person has the opportunity to thrive.

We are incredibly proud of the reputation we have already established for providing exceptional support for pupils with special educational needs, and these new roles represent the next stage in that journey. We are looking for caring, committed and enthusiastic people who share our belief in truly inclusive education and who want to make a tangible difference to the lives, confidence and aspirations of our young people. Whether you are already experienced in SEND or looking for an opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive and ambitious team, this is a fantastic time to become part of the Tibshelf Community School community.

The role will support a consistent, person-centred approach for pupils and families and will enable the SENDCO to retain strategic and professional leadership of SEND while statutory coordination, tracking and assurance activity is managed effectively.
