THE BUTCHER SOCIAL CLUB, created by entrepreneur Yossi Eliyahoo of The Entourage Group, is a high-end yet casual burger restaurant. The Butcher Social Club is a living lobby restaurant offering lounge areas, game tables, swing seats, a two-story living green wall, music and artwork. It is a place where guests connect, hang out, meet and certainly have a great night out. Not only burgers but also other great food will be served accompanied with live DJ music every night.
We are currently recruiting Chefs (all levels) for The Butcher Social Club.
The Chefs will be preparing the recipes concerned the planning and making the orders ready. As a Chef you are responsible for the preparation, production, and cooking of food appropriate to the section, to the required standard, ensuring guest satisfaction. You help to order food as required and ensure that stock is rotated, labelled, and stored in compliance with procedures laid out in the H&S manual, so food safety and quality are maintained. Other tasks are attended to developing garnitures, cleaning the workplace, working according to the HCCP-method, and assisting with the distribution of stocks.
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Chefs at all levels, including Chef de Partie, Demi Chef de Partie, and Commis Chef, who are eager to learn and develop their skills. The ideal candidate is a strong team player with a passion for working in a modern burgerhouse environment and is committed to delivering exceptional quality while serving as a true ambassador for The Butcher brand.
