New Treetops is a six bedded residential respite unit for Adults with Learning Disabilities and associated complex needs such as Epilepsy, Cerebral Palsy and Autism.

Hourly rate starting at £13.26 per hour, rising to £13.69 per hour after 2 increments. In addition, Saturday hours are paid at time and a half and Sunday hours at double time.

18 hours per week on a two week rolling rota. Start date on or after 16/04/2026 February and as soon as pre-employment checks are complete.

Thursday 22:00 – 07:00

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalised care based on individual care plans.
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and administer prescribed medicines.
• Facilitate client admissions and discharges.
• Protect vulnerable service users and liaise with other professionals.
• Maintain accurate records and promote health and safety.
• Assist with domestic tasks and kitchen duties.
• Mentor new staff and contribute to team meetings.

Desirable Qualifications:

• NVQ2 in Care or equivalent (not essential).
