We’re on an exciting journey to transform how families, children, and young people (0–19, and up to 25 for those with SEND) access help—making it simpler, more joined-up, and rooted in their communities.

Through our Devon Family Hubs, we’re bringing together services within the Families First Programme to deliver integrated support that focuses on prevention and early help. Our aim is to ensure families can easily access the right help at the right time, giving children the Best Start in Life.

  • Help families navigate services and access the right help when they need it.
  • Build strong relationships with local partners to deliver joined-up, community-based support.
  • Contribute to early intervention strategies that change lives for the better.

What we’re looking for:

  • A genuine passion for working with families and improving outcomes for children and young people.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-agency environment.

Why join us?

  • Be part of a forward-thinking programme that’s transforming family support in Devon.
  • Work in a supportive team environment with opportunities for development.
