We’re looking for someone to join our busy Customer Service team.
This role is an excellent way to gain experience with the Council if you are interested in your personal development. Customer service experience and basic computer skills are essential, and the role involves handling calls and emails for a variety of our services within a contact centre type environment. Previous experience of this kind will be helpful, however, the most important part of the job is to provide excellent service to the people of Devon. The Customer Service Centre is open 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. You will be required to work varying shifts across the opening hours, at the Customer Service Centre in Tiverton.
