Job Title: Branch Coordinator

Location: Shoreditch and Camberley

Salary: up to £26,500 per annum

Hours: Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm. Plus approximately 1 in 6 Saturdays with a day back in lieu or paid overtime.

Job Specification and Key Responsibilities

To provide an administrative support system to the branch network working closely with the branch teams and the different departments at head office to ensure compliance and accuracy. Split between our Head office in Camberley and our Flagship office in Shoreditch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full administrative support to the branch, including correspondence, filing, and diary management.

  • Prepare property particulars, brochures, tenancy documentation, and related materials.

  • Upload and maintain property listings across relevant portals and internal systems.

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients via telephone, email, and in-person enquiries.

  • Support consultants and management with marketing and deal progression, lettings administration, and general office duties.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including AML checks, Right to Rent, GDPR, and other legislation.

  • Maintain accurate records and databases to ensure a high level of efficiency and professionalism.

Skills required:

  • Strong written and verbal communication, with effective listening and the ability to communicate empathetically and assertively.

  • Highly organised, with strong time management and the ability to manage changing priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Strong IT skills, with a willingness to learn and effectively use software to maintain accurate records.

  • High attention to detail, with the ability to identify and rectify errors.
