Our dynamic, customer focused Revenues and Benefits Service is responsible for the collection of council tax and business rates, some of which is used by the Council to deliver key services to our communities. We also administer benefit payments and other support to residents as well as managing enforcement of our car parks.

You’ll be positive, self-motivated and eager to learn a variety of skills working with a supportive team and mentors who will help you every step of the way to succeed and achieve your Level 4 Revenues and Benefits apprenticeship with the IRRV.
