Referral Coordinator

A vacancy has arisen to join the Referral Team within Owl Guardian Services due to our geographical growth within the South West Region. We are a thriving business based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, looking after vulnerable adult’s finances. The Referral Team work closely with clients who live in the community or in residential care. As such this can be a very rewarding role for the right candidate providing a great service enhancing people’s lives within a safeguarding environment.

What will I be doing?

• Meeting with potential clients and their family, support staff and social workers, explaining our services, giving support
• Liaising with professionals involved with the clients for review meetings.
• Collating information about the client’s finance and housing/living conditions.

• Pass a DBS check (this will be provided)
• Must have own vehicle and willing to travel across all the South West region.

Pay £20-£25per hour depending on experience.

Travel expenses covered.
