The Executive Assistant supports QVC Group Global Business Services, and provides high-level executive and administrative support to VP and Director level.
Where You'll WorkThis role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at Knowsley, Liverpool two days a week.
What You'll DoProvide high-level executive support to one or more senior leaders, helping to ensure priorities are managed efficiently and effectively
Proactively manage complex calendars, scheduling, meetings, travel arrangements, correspondence, presentations and reports
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism, while building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation
Support departmental activities and projects, ensuring strong administrative coordination and effective day-to-day operations
Help maintain smooth team and departmental coverage, while identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
Proven experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative support role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently and use sound judgement in a fast-paced environment
Advanced knowledge of word processing, presentation, meeting scheduling, email management and spreadsheet software
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with colleagues and external contacts at all levels
