Westfield House has an opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team.
Priory Westfield View is a residential service set within a one story building. We provide assessment and support for adults living with Learning Disability diagnosis, Autism or Mental Health but may present complex conditions.
Located in Market Weighton with good access to community services and close to the seaside, Westfield Road helps people to access the community as much as possible, to take part in meaningful activities, and to reduce the risk of moving back into a hospital setting.
