Priory Fernleigh House is looking to recruit a Support Worker to join the team. This is a full time, 37.5 hour role where you will be working from an 18 week rolling rota, consisting of early and late shifts (including sleep ins), weekends and the occasional night shifts.

Fernleigh House is located in Leyland, a suburb of Preston, in Lancashire. It offers residential support to six autistic males and females and people with a learning disability.

We are unable to support a relocation package for this role so can only consider candidates who reside a commutable distance from the service.

Our team provide a safe and caring environment for the people we care for where learning and living is an enjoyable experience enabling them to develop as individuals. We believe that a person-centred approach to care and support provides the tools for individuals to live in a more independent setting in the future.

We can also support those who have:
  • Difficulties with communication
  • Moderate to severe behaviour that may challenge
  • Epilepsy
