Youll consider their physical, emotional, intellectual, social and psychological development. Youll do it through play and education, always keeping up with the latest changes in childcare legislation. Well give you opportunities to train in new techniques and approaches.As a Nursery Assistant, you already understand how to communicate with young children and you want to work in a nursery setting. Ideally, you have a Paediatric First Aid qualification, but this isnt essential.
