In this role, you will play an important part in supporting clients during evening visits, helping them feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for at home. This is a hands-on care position suited to someone who brings empathy, professionalism, and a calm, respectful approach to day-to-day support.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support, including washing, dressing, and toileting assistance
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and safe use of equipment
• Prepare meals and support daily routines during evening visits
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes
• Maintain accurate care notes and report changes in client wellbeing
