We're looking for a Cook / Chef to join our amazing team. At the National Trust we take pride in using fresh, seasonal ingredients in our food and we like to keep things local. We use local suppliers for many of our ingredients and even grow our own produce on many of our sites.

As a Cook we require that you:

·Prepare a variety of tasty dishes from scratch, from our famous scones and cakes to our hot, hearty one pots

·Use our National Trust's Cookbook framework to prepare dishes for our core menus

·To celebrate the history of our magnificent building we have our ‘Spirit of Place’ menu. This menu helps to tell Nyman's story to its visitors and as our Cook, you’ll have the opportunity to create dishes for it

·As a Cook / Chef you will be compliant with all relevant legislation around food hygiene and COSHH

·Be a team player and ensure good standards are maintained
