At Marshall Nissan Leicester, we’re looking for a detail-focused Warranty Administrator to manage warranty processes and support our workshop and service teams in delivering a seamless customer experience.
In this role:

• You’ll oversee the accurate and timely completion of warranty-related administration, ensuring all processes comply with manufacturer and group policies.
  
• You’ll manage your workload efficiently to meet all departmental objectives and legal requirements.
  
• You’ll ensure strict adherence to all Group, Manufacturer policies, and statutory legislation.
  

We're looking for:

• Someone with previous administration experience, ideally with knowledge of manufacturer warranty procedures.
  
• Someone confident in the use of IT systems; Kerridge experience is a plus but not essential as full training will be provided.
  
• Someone organised, process-driven and who manages time and workload effectively.
  
• Most importantly, someone who enjoys building good working relationships and upholds our Marshall values at all times.
