Join Audi and Keep Our Aftersales Operation Moving

At Marshall Audi Exeter, we're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our successful aftersales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a modern, purpose-built Audi dealership, working alongside experienced colleagues in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

As a Parts Advisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our workshop runs smoothly, supplying the right parts at the right time and delivering excellent service to both internal and external customers.

In this role:

• You’ll receive, unload and accurately record all incoming parts and stock deliveries.
• You’ll store and organise parts, maintaining clear, up-to-date inventory records in our internal systems.
• You’ll respond to internal workshop and external customer enquiries in person, by phone and via email, delivering a quick and expert service.
• You’ll pick and distribute parts for technicians, working closely with service advisors and the sales team to keep every job on schedule.

We're looking for:

• Someone with previous experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally within a franchised dealership.
• Someone comfortable following established processes and procedures, and working both independently and as part of a team.
• Someone motivated, organised and who prioritises Health & Safety in the workplace.
• Someone tech-savvy and confident using iPad or similar software for inventory management.
• Most importantly, someone who takes pride in delivering a positive experience for every customer and colleague, every time.
