As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Advisor to help keep our workshop running at full speed and our customers on the road.

Working alongside an experienced Parts Manager and two established Parts Advisors, you'll be part of a close-knit team where your contribution genuinely makes a difference every day.

In this role:

• You’ll receive, unload and accurately record all incoming parts and stock deliveries.
• You’ll store and organise parts, maintaining clear, up-to-date inventory records in our internal systems.
• You’ll respond to internal workshop and external customer enquiries in person, by phone and via email, delivering a quick and expert service.
• You’ll pick and distribute parts for technicians, working closely with service advisors and the sales team to keep every job on schedule.

We're looking for:

• Someone with previous experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally within a franchised dealership.
• Someone comfortable following established processes and procedures, and working both independently and as part of a team.
• Someone motivated, organised and who prioritises Health & Safety in the workplace.
• Someone tech-savvy and confident using iPad or similar software for inventory management.
• Most importantly, someone who takes pride in delivering a positive experience for every customer and colleague, every time.
