The Attractions Assistant Manager will assist with the daily operation of our attraction with a focus on Children's Activity Workshop’s, encompassing multiple areas. The role is responsible for staffing, service/interaction, maintenance and general functionality of the Activity Workshops. You will ensure that both team members and visitors have a great time and the daily operation runs as smoothly as possible with their wellbeing in mind.
Further responsibilities include
General
· Working closely with the Establishments Manager, you will continually be looking for ways to improve the attraction and help implement customer service standards and procedures.
· Liaising across all departments to highlight visitor feedback/ issues which need addressing
· Motivating your team of Team Leaders and the wider Host team on a daily basis
· Assisting with team members’ timesheets and making sure they are accurately submitted on time.
· Help develop employee training; including performance management and setting targets
· Ensuring our activities have everything needed to run; ie: Stock
· Assist with mass-recruitment activities including; assessment centres, interviews and inductions
· Analysing Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to establish goals going forward
· Resolving visitor concerns, complaints and feedback
Advanced:
· Duty Management of the whole site when required
· Being first aider on call when required (training provided)

Previous experiencce in a similar role
