What You'll Be Doing As a GrandFlex Bank Practitioner, you'll: Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children. Create safe, nurturing and engaging environments where children can thrive. Support children's development through play and planned activities. Work alongside nursery teams to maintain excellent standards of care. Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues. Follow EYFS requirements and Grandir UK's policies and procedures. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and safeguarding standards at all times. What We're Looking For You'll have: A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above). The flexibility to travel across our local nursery cluster.
