We are seeking a motivated Commercial Graduate to join our team at Interocean Marine Services Limited. This role offers recent graduates the chance to gain hands-on experience and a comprehensive understanding of our business as part of the Commercial Team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of commercial strategies that drive business growth.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
• Support the business development team by generating leads and preparing marketing materials.
• Support the bid and proposal development process by assisting in preparation, review and management of tenders, questionnaires and registrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various projects to improve service offerings and client engagement.
• Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in commercial practices.
• Monitor and analyse company performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
