Care Assistant

As a Care Assistant at Home Instead Warrington and Lymm, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing companionship and person-centred care to clients in their homes
  • Assisting with personal care and mobility
  • Overseeing medication and offering medical support as required
  • Performing light housekeeping duties, including cleaning and meal preparation
  • Supporting clients to maintain their independence
  • Communicating effectively with clients, their families, and the care team

Successful candidates must possess a valid UK driving licence and have the right to work in the UK.

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay: £14.10 – £14.50 per hour
  • Enhanced Bank Holiday rate: £21 per hour

  • Alternate weeks: Mon–Fri and Mon–Sun
