What you'll need to be:

  • A shift leader or assistant manager who is kind, calm and approachable
  • Confident overseeing opening/closing, safety and security procedures
  • Well‑presented, detail‑focused and professional
  • Willing to support the GM in coaching and developing the team
  • Logical, organized and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Driven to deliver outstanding guest experiences
  • Able to work days, evenings and weekends and reliably manage the commute
  • A natural host who loves creating day making moments
  • Looking for an employer that recognizes and rewards talent
  • Experienced in hospitality, ideally with supervisory experience in a busy food‑led environment with rooms
