This will include your awareness of any specific hazards at your work place.Display a professional image of Exclusive Collection by delivering the company values and demonstrating the courtesy standards and non negotiables at all times.Person SpecificationBasic knowledge and understanding of general maintenance including plumbing and electrical skillsPainting & Decorating skillsBasic computer skills including sending emails, Microsoft Word and ExcelPunctual and excellent time keepingGood communication skillsA good understanding of H&S including risk assessmentsA basic understanding of Fire safetyA full UK / European driving licenceSmart / clean appearanceFirst aid certificateAttention to DetailWe are a certified B Corp, committed to sustainability and responsible business practices.
