We are looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our Banqueting Kitchen team. From intimate private dining experiences to large-scale weddings, conferences and exclusive events, our banqueting operation delivers exceptional food at every level. As a Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of a designated section within the Banqueting Kitchen, supporting the delivery of high-quality food across a diverse range of events. Working closely with the Sous Chefs and Executive Chef, you will help ensure exceptional standards, consistency and efficiency while developing your culinary career within a supportive and professional environment. Person SpecificationExperience as a Chef de Partie or an experienced Demi Chef de Partie ready to take the next step.Confident running a section within a high-quality hotel, banqueting, events or hospitality environment.Strong cooking skills with excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional food.Experience working within high-volume service while maintaining quality and consistency.Good understanding of food safety, hygiene and allergen management.Ability to supervise, motivate and develop junior chefs.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and event requirements.Calm, professional and adaptable when working under pressure.Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.Ambition to continue developing and progressing towards a Sous Chef position.
