What you'll be doing... As part of our Front of House team, you'll help ensure every visitor receives a warm and professional welcome. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering outstanding customer service to supporters, guests and visitors. Serving food and beverages efficiently and accurately. Assisting customers with enquiries and providing information where needed. Operating tills and processing cash and card payments. Setting up and clearing hospitality areas before and after events. Keeping service areas clean, well-stocked and presented to a high standard. Working closely with colleagues to deliver a smooth and enjoyable customer experience. Following all food safety, health & safety and company procedures. Working pattern: Matchdays and events, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required.Hourly rate: In line with National Minimum Wage (depending on age)Job ID: 7047 What can you bring? If you have barista, food service or cash handling experience, that's a bonus—but we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
