What you’ll be doing… As a Casual Front of House Assistant, you will play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming and friendly experience for our residents and guests. You’ll support the Front of House team as required, with the opportunity to work flexibly and become a valued member of the team. Provide a warm, friendly and professional service to residents, guests and visitors Support the smooth running of the Front of House operation, particularly during busy periods and weekends Assist with food and beverage service as required Ensure service areas are clean, tidy, well-presented and fully stocked Keep up to date with menus and food and beverage offerings Operate the till point as required, ensuring correct procedures are followed Ensure COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and any incidents are reported in line with procedures Working Pattern: As and when required, with a focus on weekend cover Job ID: 7461 What can you bring?
