What you’ll be doing… As a Bar and Floor Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading the team and ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality hospitality experience at Rangers FC. Lead, train, and motivate bar and floor staff during busy shifts Monitor service speed and quality, keeping queues moving during busy periods and half-time rushes Oversee the smooth running of the bar and floor areas throughout each shift Monitor stock levels, restock counters, and coordinate with cellar teams when required Oversee till operations and support with end-of-night close down Ensure licensing requirements, including Challenge 25, are followed at all times Ensure Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards are consistently maintained Work closely with managers and the wider hospitality team to deliver excellent service Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently Working Pattern: As And When Required On Matchdays Job ID: 7507 What can you bring?
