This isn’t a traditional kitchen role. Alongside preparing and delivering outstanding food, you’ll also present dishes directly to guests, share the story behind the menu and become part of the theatre of the dining experience. Working within a small, highly skilled brigade, you’ll combine technical excellence with genuine hospitality, creating memorable moments for every guest.
