About the role
As the Operations Team Leader within our Parking Services team, you will ensure the safe, efficient and customer-focused operation of car parks across East Devon. You will lead and support a team of Civil Enforcement Officers, providing day-to-day supervision, managing rotas, and ensuring consistent enforcement coverage.
No two days will be the same. You will oversee the upkeep and operation of car parks across the district, working with contractors and partners to keep everything running smoothly. Alongside this, you will respond to enquiries, use data to spot opportunities for improvement, and help shape how our parking services develop in the future—making a real difference to our communities.
