The Mobile Support Officer is a key role within our Sheltered Housing Team. This is a varied and rewarding position working in partnership with vulnerable tenants ensuring they remain as independent as possible in their own homes.

You will be carrying out tenant contact visits and telephone checks across the region and will be responsible for keeping excellent contact records as well as signposting clients to outside support agencies when required. We’ll look to you to assess the progress and engagement of clients to ensure they feel generally happy and well-looked after.
