About the Role
We are looking for caring, motivated and reliable Support Workers to join our team at Silverhill Day Service. You will play a vital role in supporting adults with varying needs to live fulfilling, independent lives and to access meaningful activities within a safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred support to individuals attending the service
  • Encourage independence, choice and inclusion in all activities
  • Support individuals with personal care where required
  • Assist with planning and delivering engaging day activities
  • Promote dignity, respect and positive outcomes for all service users
  • Maintain accurate records and follow care/support plans
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, families and other professionals

About You
We are looking for someone who:

  • Is compassionate, patient and respectful
  • Has good communication and teamwork skills
  • Is reliable, flexible and willing to learn
  • Can support individuals with a range of needs, including learning disabilities and/or physical needs
  • Has a positive, can-do attitude

Experience in a care or support setting is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided.
