“We don’t just support people – we help them prove they’ve still got it”
This isn’t your typical care job.
As a Reablement Support Worker, you’ll help people regain confidence and independence after illness, injury, or a hospital stay. That means working with people—not doing everything for them.
From making a first meal again to getting out and about, you’ll be there to encourage, support, and celebrate every win (big or small!).
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting people to rebuild daily living skills
- Encouraging independence (no over-helping allowed!)
- Helping with routines like cooking, mobility, and personal care
- Building confidence and celebrating progress
- Working as part of a supportive, friendly team
What We’re Looking For
- A positive attitude and a good sense of humour
- Patience, empathy, and great communication skills
- Someone who enjoys helping others help themselves
- Full driving licence
- Experience is great—but not essential (we’ll train you!)
Why Join Us?
- Make a real difference every single day
- No two days are the same
- Full training and ongoing support
- Flexible working options
- Be part of a team that genuinely cares
The Best Bit?
You’ll help people go from:
“I can’t do this…” → “Actually… I’ve got this!”
