As part of Devon County Council’s Highway Services team, you’ll play an essential role in keeping our road network safe, reliable and resilient. No two days are the same. You’ll contribute to important areas like tree safety, risk management, licencing, customer service and community engagement, giving you a broad, meaningful range of responsibilities.

You’ll join a friendly, supportive team that works collaboratively to deliver high‑quality services for residents, businesses and visitors. We’ll help you build your confidence and skills through training, knowledge‑sharing and hands‑on experience.
