Customer Services Assistant (Catering) - Zero Hours

Longmoor, Liss

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Customer Services Assistant (CSA) to help ensure the smooth running of our catering operations within Defence on a zero-hours contract basis.

As a CSA, you'll play a key role in delivering excellent food service and customer care, maintaining high standards, and creating a positive experience for our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Serving customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assisting with the preparation and presentation of food and beverages.
• Operating tills and handling customer transactions accurately.
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety.
• Keeping dining and service areas clean, tidy, and well-stocked.
• Supporting with the set-up and clear-down of service areas.
• Receiving and storing deliveries in line with company procedures.
• Working as part of a team to deliver a first-class catering service.

Our ideal Customer Services Assistant will:

• Have a positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Be reliable, flexible, and able to work as part of a team.
• Have good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Previous catering, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience would be beneficial, but full training will be provided.
