We're looking for a Deputy Team Leader to play a key role in driving team success, supporting the development of junior colleagues, and helping to deliver exceptional client service.
This is a fantastic opportunity to combine hands-on claims handling with leadership responsibilities, assisting the Team Leader in achieving operational targets, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring client service excellence.
Alongside mentoring and supporting the team, you'll manage your own varied caseload of approximately 150 casualty claims, making a real impact for both clients and colleagues.
