We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Female Support Worker to join our team specifically for Sunday shifts. Working within the principles of person-centred support, you will enable our service users to thrive within their homes and the wider community.
Your responsibilities will include:
Community Inclusion: Accompanying service users on Sunday outings, visits to family, or local community events.
Personalized Care: Assisting with morning and evening routines, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication prompts.
Independence Building: Encouraging service users to develop life skills and remain active in their daily lives.
Companionship: Providing emotional support and a friendly face to ensure our service users never feel isolated.
Travel: Supporting individuals across Bishop’s Stortford, Saffron Walden, and Harlow.
