What you'll do
This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Complex Care Assistant. You will have full training and clinical support to develop and enhance skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care, plus so much more!
We are currently looking for a Complex Care Assistant to support our client who has COPD and epilepsy. The client lives at home with her family and staff provide 1-1 support with day-to-day activities and medication administration.
She enjoys spending time with her family and watching my DVD collection. She especially likes Finding Nemo, Tangled, Noddy and Thomas and the Tank engine. She likes to watch TV and my Tablet in my room and likes support staff to help her with learning, playing and anything to stimulate and entertain her throughout the day. She also likes going to charity shops weekly.
What you'll need
You don’t need any care experience to apply for this role, just plenty of care, compassion, and resilience as we provide full nurse-led training.
