What you’ll do

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Complex Care Assistant. You will have full training and clinical support to develop and enhance your skills in complex care.

Working in this package, you will be caring for a young man who lives at home with his family. It will involve working 2:1 supporting him with his day to day activities, monitoring seizures caused by epilepsy and supporting with non-invasive ventilation.

He enjoys going out for walks with his care team and his family. He also enjoys spending time in his room with sensory lights, music and his floor mats.

What we’re looking for:

We are looking for people who are excited to enhance and learn new skills. Experience in complex care would be beneficial, but is not essential for this role as we will provide full training.
